Venison top Round Roast

  • Clean and trim a top round cut of the hind quarter from any type of venison.

  • Season roast wih olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

  • Roast in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until internal tempature reaches 135 degrees.

  • Remove and let rest for 10 minutes

  • Slice with a sharp knife and serve with your favorite sides
