Venison top Round Roast
Clean and trim a top round cut of the hind quarter from any type of venison.
Season roast wih olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Roast in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until internal tempature reaches 135 degrees.
Remove and let rest for 10 minutes
Slice with a sharp knife and serve with your favorite sides
