Effective Dates: 03 August 2018 – 05 October 2018

WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW.

ELIGIBILITY:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada - and can legally enter into the United States, obtain a hunting license, and obtain a firearm - who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry in the giveaway.

The following are excluded from entry and eligibility to the giveaway. Employees of HUNT’N BUDDY, it subsidiaries, pro-staff members, advertising and promotion agencies, all entities involved in any way with the design or execution of the giveaway, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents, and the respective spouses of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, with the exception of those individuals related to pro-staff members.

Contestants must possess a valid hunting license/hunter safety course in their respective state prior to the end of this giveaway. One entry per person; creating false accounts for multiple entries will not be accepted and upon determination of such will result in disqualification of contestant.

Winner must be eligible to possess a firearm in their governing state of full-time residence as well as within New York State. Winner will agree to conform to a full and detailed background check, including criminal history and employment record, as well as history of military service if applicable.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS:
HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for app, computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries.

HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not specified in these rules; all such entries will be disqualified.

HUNT’N BUDDY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this giveaway should any virus, bug or other causes beyond the control of HUNT’N BUDDY corrupt the administration, security or proper functions of the giveaway. In case of cancellation or suspension of the giveaway, HUNT’N BUDDY reserves the right to award any prizes remaining as of the date such action was taken in the following drawing from among all eligible, non- suspect entries received as of the time/date of cancellation/suspension.

HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or technological device related to or resulting from downloading or accessing any materials in the giveaway. All entries become the property of HUNT’N BUDDY and will not be returned.

Participants will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of HUNT’N BUDDY, if you attempt any of the following:
(i) to enter the sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; (ii) to disrupt the sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with or attempt to tamper with the giveaway. If either of the above occurs, HUNT’N BUDDY has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Winner for the giveaway drawing will be pulled from all entries received throughout the Contest Period. HUNT’N BUDDY reserves the right to modify scheduling of the giveaway drawing without prior notice.

HUNT’N BUDDY may require winner to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the giveaway. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address.

Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules in any way will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining entries in the appropriate entry pool.

EXPENSES:
Any expenses related to the giveaway that are not expressly provided herein shall be the responsibility of the winners, including but not limited to:

Transportation/ shipment of harvested game meat to home state.
Food or Drink purchased during the Hunt period at outside locations.
Luggage costs beyond that included with plane ticket.
Specific hunting clothing and or gear that is not provided from the giveaway.
Firearms, ammunition, hearing protection, unless otherwise directed.
Any other amenity that is not included in the giveaway itself.

• Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local income taxes on any dollar amount prize or item.

Hunt is non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed.

PERMISSIONS:
Acceptance of a hunt giveaway constitutes permission for HUNT’N BUDDY and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media worldwide without notice, limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prizes/winners.

NOTIFICATIONS:
Prize winner’s name will be posted on HUNT’N BUDDY’S website, and social media channels. The winner will be notified via e-mail and telephone.

HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected, not received, or undeliverable because of errors in e-mail addresses or mailing addresses submitted by entrants, because such addresses are no longer correct, or for any other reason beyond the control of HUNT’N BUDDY.

If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool.

Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within 14 days of initial notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner as provided herein.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in the giveaway, you agree to release and “HOLD HARMLESS” HUNT’N BUDDY (W.T.T.inc) and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all affiliates including but not limited to ABC RANCH, SPENCER BOYD RACING, and ALL AFFILIATE SPONSORS from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with participation in the giveaway or in any prize-related activities, or resulting from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party.

INDEMNIFY CLAUSE:

The giveaway winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the HUNT’N BUDDY, its officers

and directors, employees and all affiliate sponsors and their respective successors and assigns

and each other person, if any, who controls any thereof, against any loss, liability, claim, damage

and expense whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any and all expenses whatsoever

reasonably incurred in investigating, preparing or defending against any litigation commenced or

threatened or any claim whatsoever) arising out of or based upon any false representation or

warranty or breach or failure by the giveaway winner to comply with any covenant or agreement

made by the giveaway winner herein or in any other document furnished by the giveaway winner

to any of the foregoing in connection with this transaction

Upon Winner Selection, a “HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT / IMDEMNIFY CLAUSE will be distributed to all parties involved, failure to review and complete this Hold Harmless Agreement will result in disqualification from the giveaway.

This giveaway is void outside the 50 United States of America and D.C. and wherever prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HUNT’N BUDDY and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the giveaway or these Official Rules.

Transportation costs will be limited to one plane ticket within the United States of America, or up to $400 gas voucher if winner chooses to drive.

HUNT’N BUDDY is not responsible for any issues arising from transportation, luggage expenses and or driving issues.

All decisions regarding the giveaway, including, but not limited to, selecting a winner, will be made by HUNT’N BUDDY, whose decisions shall be final.

Any and all firearms and/or weapons for the hunt will remain in the possession of the HUNT’N BUDDY Team during the full duration of the Hunt giveaway period. In addition, all firearms will stay locked in a designated location unknown to the winner with trigger locks and/or chamber locks. This is non-negotiable under any circumstances. Weapons will be presented to all hunters for use of target practice and hunting only by Joe Rogan or Jonathan Ripic of HUNT’N BUDDY.

During the actual hunting sessions, winner’s firearm will be presented to them in a safe and professional manner under the conditions described above.

SEVERABILITY:
In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

By entering, you acknowledge that you intend that the provisions of these Official Rules be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Accordingly, you agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW:
Except where prohibited, by participating, each entrant agrees that this giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. HUNT’N BUDDY reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules.

By entering, entrants’ consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in New York for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded.

Giveaway Period:
This giveaway will begin on August 03, 2018 and end on October 05, 2018 (the "Giveaway Period").

Winner for the Hunt drawing will be pulled from all entries received throughout the Contest Period.

Grand Finale drawing will be held TBD October 2018.

One HUNT’N BUDDY APP download will constitute 1 entry into the giveaway. An upgrade to the Outfitter Subscription of $29.99 within the functions of the HUNT’N BUDDY APP will give an additional 30 entries into the giveaway.

PRIZE:
All-expenses paid, 3-day fair-chase whitetail hunt on over 1,000 acres of pristine Steuben County, NY at ABC RANCH, 6497 Cunningham Creek Road Canisteo, NY.

Winner and Team will arrive Friday Nov. 30th, and hunt on December 1st – December 3rd, with the winner departing on the evening of the 3rd.

Winner will have the opportunity to hunt with the members of the HUNT’N BUDDY Team and Spencer Boyd, NASCAR driver.

Winner will receive one New York State buck tag and one doe tag.

Travel expenses/arrangements will be paid for by HUNT’N BUDDY, within the guidelines outlined above.

Room and board will be at ABC Ranch Hunting Lodge.

Winner will be equipped with all HUNT’N BUDDY gear including shirts, hats and power bank, along with any items that are added at time of hunt.

All meals will be included and cooked by the HUNT’N BUDDY Team (dietary restrictions will be accommodated if needed)

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY:
(A) To enter online, visit www.huntnbuddyapp.com beginning 8:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) on August 03, 2018. Download the HUNT’N BUDDY APP from the popup box, and you will be automatically entered one time.
(B)To receive 31 entries, you must upgrade to the Outfitter Subscription within the HUNT’N BUDDY APP $29.99. To do so, follow these steps: Once app is downloaded, select the HUNT’N BUDDY logo in top left corner, select UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP on the bottom of app screen. Purchase the Outfitter Subscription. You have now just been entered 30 more times into the giveaway
